5. Submit the form online or print it out and submit it to the airport administration office.

Once you have successfully submitted all the info listed above, your aircraft will be entered into the 100LL Discount Fuel Program, and you will start enjoying the benefits of discounted fuel prices on your future refueling. Please allow a few business days to get all your info updated into the system for your discount to begin.
